Smithridge staff have been caring for my elderly friend who I care for. The carers are reliable, friendly and get along well with my friend which is important. It’s important for my friend to interact and feel cared for by her carers. They do their best to send the same carers so relationships can be built. The office staff are always empathetic. They listen and take on board any questions or concerns I have and they act on it to put things right.
