I would like to thank Phillip on resolving a boundary dispute at a residential property. We had a dispute regarding the boundary from the front driveway all the way back into the rear gardens.
I would recommend Phillip 100% his attention to detail and efficiency was extremely impressive. He came on the day we had agreed (which was short notice on our behalf), we had a brief chat about the issue and he was at the property for over 4 hours measuring. The report was supplied a week later which was extremely impressive. I then produced it to my neighbours which they accepted. I also required an amendment to the report at short notice and he didn’t disappoint, within 24 hours the amendment was back in and my inbox. What impressed me the most about Phillip was his expertise and advice on legal matters if we needed to go down that route, but we didn’t need to as Phillip’s work was sufficient. He even had to talk to my neighbour about the matter but he was extremely professional and didn’t express his opinion. His communication skills before, during and after the report was produced was outstanding.
I would certainly recommend Phillip and his company, top top bloke.

I have worked with Philip to establish the limits of my boundaries and obtain a report to help resolve a boundary dispute.
What I was most impressed with was the extent and the detail of the work undertaken as well as the patience in dealing with a customer with very little experience and understanding of that area. From the onset, even when there was no guarantee that I will process to work with Philip, He took the time to review a few of the documents in my possession and replied to several of my e-mail. I wanted to understand what was involved before I committed and at no point Philip made me feel like a nuisance. He came across as knowledgeable, and professional and even pointed out issues to another one of my boundaries I wasn't even aware of. Hopefully, I won't be having any other boundary issues but if I ever do will work with Philip again and highly recommend his services.
