They took down my review !! LAZ PRESSURED me into booking him YESTERDAY despite KNOWING that I had 2 men helping, all I needed was the van and the driver. Laz came and said “we need to do this quickly” despite AGREEING to a time and a price. He then left my partner on the 1st floor because Laz decided to help, even I told him that i don’t need his help to take furniture down. He lied by saying “she said everything will be downstairs” I did not mention this once. Besides, even if I did, Laz was not supposed to lift a finger as I had HELP already ARRANGED. Again, he left my partner on the first floor and said “I’m going to open the van” and then disappeared and blocked me. BARK REMOVED MY REVIEW INITIALLY. BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING THIS COMPANY !!!! Amazing customer service from a lovely guy and I requested the job at such short notice literally a few hours before! Best company I’ve used, they not only picked up and delivered a large heavy table in good time making sure to keep me updated on traffic issues etc he even put the table together for me I will 100% use again and would recommend their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would cause this man is so unreliable and unprofessional. First of all we booked him for Friday at 5pm to then find out he is in Southampton 3 hours away after having called him to ask where he was at. He apologised and said he would do it first thing Saturday morning at 9am after I stressed to him we needed to be out the property by then.
Next morning comes I text him 15 minutes before 9am and there is no response. I called and texted throughout the morning and still no answer. I had to find another driver to do the move which luckily I was able to in such short notice. If you book him... do it at your own risk! More...
