From the on site assessment, through to the installation, Smart Energy Projects were a real pleasure to work with. Their work was performed in a timely manner. They were incredibly clean, and did not damage any room decoration. All members of their team were polite and personable, and were very capable in their respective roles.

We have already noticed a big difference in relation to the sound and comfort afforded by the new units, when compared to the noisy portable units that we had previously.

People thought we were slightly crazy investing in air conditioning, but the difference we feel after a good night sleep during the recent warm weather, has warranted the investment already. The units also provide heat pumps, we have yet to use these, but hopefully they will be more cost effective than the boiler over the winter too.

I would strongly urge anyone thinking of investing in air conditioning units to just do it, and I would not hesitate to recommend they use Smart Energy Projects Ltd as their trusted installer. More...

Air Conditioning Installation

Found Smart Energy Projects on Bark and from Amy’s initial contact with me over the phone through to the installation I have been extremely happy with their service.

Amazing work by all the team. Lots of advice given during the home survey in terms of where to place the units for maximum efficiency and again when an engineer came out to finalise the plans for the installation.

On the installation day the team work incredibly hard. They were efficient, knowledgeable, very tidy and cleaned everything before they left. They were a pleasure to have in my home and I am really happy with the end result.

The fact the units can also be used for heating and as dehumidifiers is an added bonus.

Amy initially contacted us following our enquiry on Bark. It was Amy’s professional response and polite manner that got us to agree to the initial survey & quote. Amy was very quick and at arranging the survey and within a few days we met Ashley. Very polite person, knowledgeable and gave us the confidence that if the price was right then we would book with them.
We were happy with the price and they booked us in within a couple of weeks.

The home survey took place which was very relaxed no pushy sales pitches and spent time going through all options and explaining benefits of all configurations. The sales process was seamless and through to the installation day again very smooth. They worked very tidy and have done a neat job of the installation. Perfection from start to finish!

The whole team were excellent and very professional in their individual fields. From Amy providing the platform for the package, to Phil reviewing the needs of our house install. Then finally Duane and Lewis performing the install in the most horrendous of weather. They never stopped all day and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and didn't leave until we were happy. Various hiccups as expected during the day, but they were overcome with ease and professionalism.

If you want a quality install from a professional company look no further.
From my initial call to Amy through to completion everything was handled with the upmost of courtesy and professionalism.
Amy arranged the initial survey which was carried out within a couple of days, the very reasonable quote was returned the following day and the order was placed.
The installation team (Dwayne and Tom) were exceptional from start to finish, explaining what areas they would be working in and what they would be doing on each day.
My neighbour recommended this company to me as he had air conditioning fitted throughout his house last year, when he saw the install team again he couldn't praise their work highly enough.

Brilliant service and products.
From the initial contact where it was explained about what the company can offer, the benefits of the personal quotes (not over phone or internet) to the installation, there has been nothing but professional and top class workmanship.
At no point was I pushed, harassed or bullied into making a decision. The first call with Amy set the tone and reassured me to have an initial survey. Ashley the surveyor came, asked what I wanted and gave us options for all rooms and even spent time ensuring we got performance, but placed the units in ascetically pleasing positions. Lead times were quick. The installation lads were brilliant with house, personal belongings and installed the pipes and units without disruption and clarified all processes. Aftercare has been great and I’ve agreed servicing (well priced) to get the 10 year guarantee which is fantastic. The performance is brilliant and I can’t even notice the cost to run as they are so efficient. My daughters room I summer is consistently between 36 and 40, so this is a game changer. From the initial call to Amy, to the very quick response to an site survey, the first steps were very well carried out, we have a quote and loads of additional information and detail sent back within 24 hours. All email and phone conatct was very clearly set out.

The service provided by Energy Projects Ltd was excellent right from the initial contact through to the installation process. The company don't just do a blind quote but they carry out a survey to establish the type of installation whist taking the customers requirements into considerstion. They listen to what the customers needs before advising on the available options. They dont try to influence you into choosing the most expensive option but give clear pros and cons for the differing solutions which I found refreshing. We had our work carried out by smart energy yesterday. Right from day one when the owner Phil came to see us everything was explained very professionally and we knew this was for us.
The three young men that done the work for us was a pleaure to have in our home. You could tell they were happy in their work as the banter was fantastic. They explained everything to us and we're very tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Real credit to Phil owner as so nice to see youve got such good men working for you.
