End of Tenancy Cleaning
We hired Smart Cleaning service for end of tenancy cleaning for our apartment in London. The personnel who visited didn’t do cleaning properly and our landlord asked to do cleaning again.
When we shared this feedback with Mark and requested to clean the pending tasks, he started shouting at us on the phone call and blaming us for random things. He was very rude.
We got everything he asked before hand and few things I got on the spot. Yet he kept saying we didn’t get stuff 4 days before and used this as excuse to not take accountability for unfinished task.

Hi Ruchi, Its Sad to hear that you are not happy with our services. First of all, we don't use products from Sainsbury or Tesco because those are not enough to do a proper deep cleaning. We use professional cleaning products. The products that you provided us were not enough to finish the cleaning. Secondly, its our policy to walk around with client after we finished the job, and we only leave if the client is totally satisfied so we did, but we are not responsible after 5 days if you will make complains.
