What inspired you to start your own business?
I set up Sky Full of Stars to offer counselling in Surrey because I'm passionate about children, young people and adults' mental health and wellbeing. I believe being able to access Counselling and Psychotherapy quickly, in a safe, compassionate environment is key to supporting people with emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress or trauma. My goal is to help you achieve the long lasting emotional wellbeing you are looking for.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I believe counselling works best face to face and this is my preference, but there is growing evidence for the effectiveness of online counselling so I also offer counselling sessions using secure online video platforms.
Counselling
I am a BACP registered, integrative counsellor and Psychotherapist. This means that I can draw from a range of therapeutic models to meet your needs, whether you have anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues or any other issues, past or present, that are impacting your well-being, mental health or quality of life.
I am a trauma informed therapist and offer a calm, caring and safe environment where no one will be judged.
