Domiciliary Home Care
At Skilledcare, we aim to provide person-centered high quality care and support for vulnerable Adults above the age of 18 years with all aspects of their daily living to enable our clients live a fulfilled life whilst supporting them to achieve their own expectation, with the enjoyment of remaining in their own home as an overall wellbeing-enhancing alternative to care or nursing homes.
We support with personal hygiene, dressing, meal provisions, supporting medication needs, companionship, making and attending appointments, and other activities that you may require support with. Your social needs such as getting out for fresh air, social interaction and enjoying your local community is also taken care of.
We provide all levels of support package from a few hours visit per day to 24 hours per day or live in care, tailored to meet your agreed budget and quality standard.
Live-in Care
Our Live-in care package provides you an experienced carer available to meet your needs round-the-clock, providing care and support with your daily living skills as well as companionship.
Regardless of your living arrangement or complexity of your needs, we tailor our service to meet your specific needs, including arranging the most suitable staff to effectively support you. Our people are very professional and discreet in meeting your need which takes the hassle off living in your home
Waking/Sleeping Night
For clients needing overnight support requiring a carer to stay awake to support or sleep in for reassurance and help when the need arises, we are able to provide this service in a way that is arranged to meet your needs
Domestic Support
We understand that domestic tasks can be stressful and difficult for older adult and those with disabilities. Skilledcare domestic support service provides help with taking the burden of daily chores off clients so clients are able to carry on with their usual routine in the comfort of their home.
Our carers will help with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry, nutritious meals preparation to maintain clients health and wellbeing, as well as picking up groceries and deliver straight to the door.
