Ali catered for our small informal wedding reception in our garden. He was extremely friendly and the food was amazing. Everyone loved it. We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Ali cook for a group of 13 of us as we celebrated a hen party for our beautiful bride to be. From the moment he arrived, Ali was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He prepared a delicious two course meal that catered perfectly to all of our dietary needs, which was no easy task with such a large group.

Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Ali went above and beyond to make the evening feel special and seamless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. His presence added a lovely touch to the evening, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Ali from Sinin’s Kitchen & Catering recently as he catered my fiancé's birthday party. I cannot praise Ali enough . Ali and his team pulled an amazing menu out of the bag with 4 days notice as I was let down last minute. He was kind, understanding and most of all worked with me, he did not dictate what I should or should not do. He was respectful of my views. He was receptive to what I wanted to achieve. On the day he turned up early, he interacted well with the guests including the children. I asked Ali to cater for my parents’ golden wedding anniversary for 50 people. We’ve never used caterers before and it was quite scary putting trust in someone to cater for such an important family event. Ali was helpful in choosing the BBQ menu with us, offering advice and making sensible suggestions. On the day, he and his team were great. The food was wonderful, his team were friendly, polite and helpful and they left the kitchen as they found it. We had an amazing dinner party with Ali's cooking. He cooked for a group of 11 adults and 4 children. He was extremely helpful with menu planning taking into account everyone's dietary requirements. Ali, is an absolute delight to work with. He is very considerate at the same time very generous. My husband and I was celebrating our 40th anniversary yesterday 26th August. This was our first time having a private chef and we are sure to see Ali again in the near future. We opted out for a bbq and it was definitely a bbq with a difference. We had about 40 guests and every one was singing his praises. The food was AMAZING from starters to main course and dessert. It is very clear that Ali is very passionate about the food he created. Ali is a very clean and tidy worker. The kitchen was left clean. Plates and cutleries were washed and put away. For once I had a very relaxing garden party that was organised by myself. Ali is very trustworthy. I am a Roman Catholic and we left Ali in the house whilst we went to church as our parish priest was having a special Mass for our special day. When we came home with our guests the food was ready to be served. We don’t think we would be confident enough to try out other private chef apart from Ali. From my first phone call and message with Ali I knew I was safe in his hands. Nothing was too much trouble, menu was discussed, changed and decided quite quickly. Ali adapts well to changes and suggests foods that compliment my choices.

I’d organised a surprise 40th BBQ and Ali was so supportive and helpful throughout from helping to decide what to do, menu choices and helping with logistics on the day.
