I had a large edwardian conservatory ( basically an extension with lovely windows and doors on the front Beautiful ,I love my extra space , great workmen and all done in an organised way all Tradesmen were great, the 2 that did the brick work worked as a dream team. and didn't take too long to finish . What can I say? I received a call and arranged for Val to come to measure up and provide a quote. She texted to say she couldn't come on the prearranged time due to car issues.
I understand and we rearranged for the following week. An hour after she was due I called to check if she was coming. She said she had been but nobody answered the door. I asked if she rang the bell as I have ring, she then said she went to the wrong address and didn't call as she didn't have her diary. We again rearranged. Val turned up an hour and a half early (I was still working). She then measured everything up and said she would send me a quote the next day. I had nothing. Nearly a week later I messaged to request the quote. Still nothing.
If you want an unreliable company who won't provide a quote these are definitely the ones. However if you want a company who does what they say they will do and not mess you around then avoid.

I find it incredible that someone can be so vindictive, that they go to the time and trouble to put a false review, just because we wouldn't do what you asked for. Some of it is true, the first two appointments, which you accepted and received an apology for. You then rearranged the appointment for between 4.30 - 5pm, because you finished work at 4.30pm. Valerie arrived at 4.45pm and you then kept her waiting on the doorstep for twenty minutes whilst you finished a phone call. Regards the quote, you wanted us to use second hand products that you had, we said we wouldn't due to voiding any guarantee that would be issued. You weren't happy about that, but grudgingly accepted it. You then didn't know the exact size that you wanted a quote for and that you would speak to your husband and call us. We never received a phone call or email with the sizes, so we presumed, due to us not wanting to use your second hand products, that you didn't want to use us.
