What inspired you to start your own business?
A strong desire to improve the lives of the elderly, disabled, or vulnerable individuals can drive someone to start a domiciliary business. It's about making a meaningful difference in the community. I have worked in the care sector for years and I want to apply the experience and have more control over the quality of care we provide.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our caregivers are trained to follow rigorous hygiene protocols, including frequent hand washing, wearing masks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE)during visits to minimize the risk of transmission. Regular health checks and screenings are conducted for caregivers before the they attend appointment. Any staff showing symptoms are required to stay home and isolate, ensuring that only healthy caregivers are interacting with clients.
