Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we can do a remote service, but unfortunately the property survey will have to be in person. Just so we don’t miss things out!
Site surveys
A complete and accurate site and property survey. These surveys will serve as the building blocks for your proposed extensions.
Architectural Drawings
Detailed and high quality architectural drawings that will have all the information that the council may require.
Planning permission
After drawings are completed, we are fully qualified to submit the drawings to the council and serve as a private contact for the council, so we can answer any question they may have.
3D images
These images will allow you to see what your project may look like in a lot more detail
Building control/Working Drawings
These drawings will allow a building control officer to sign off your building and also allow your builder to construct your extension
