I worked for big hotel chain as a housekeeper for a number of years. After covid we were treated a little poorly, which made work a little unbearable at times. I have two young daughters to provide for so finding a career that suited my home life and mental health was on the cards for a while until my sister in law gave me the idea to become a self employed cleaner and it is the best thing I done!

I'm not just a cleaner to my clients but a Friend and to some I am the only company they have for the week, it's always lovely being greated with a smile when you know they have waited all week to see me! I also help out the elderly and disabled with shopping etc, any other tasks they need help with. I have been told that I am a huge empath and also very reliable and trustworthy. I am also down on our local social services list of cleaners aswell as having full liability insurance and DBS check

I do have various social media platforms that advertise our services but all cleans are ovbiously carried out remotely

All PPE is worn is priority cleans, for example I have clients who suffer with COPD or other kinds of respiratory problems so I will wear a mask aswell as protective gloves and uniform when I clean.
With clients that are of fit health only gloves and uniform will be worn unless stated otherwise for use of a mask
