Sam, was very professional and made contact to get some more details about what was required, sent me a text with two prices for the different outcomes for the job, this was good as there was no surprises if the job involved more work, came the following day, looked at the job and measured up the oven and the where the gas pipe came out of the wall, and said it was what he originally though job was, but needed to be sure what he thought was right, did a great job and was very professional and great communication from stat to finish, the cost was very good considering that it was the lower end of the two prices he quoted, would definitely use again

Gave me a quote for cash but then found several difficulties so asked for more money in cash at short not he to continue the job as priced originally so this was at short notice w and left saying he would return the next day to finish but he then sent a message on the day asking for more money to come back and finish and more money for pipe work apparently needed more money and parts but no receipts shown for previous tap and pipe rest of fittings were in the bag with the little sink so unable to see where the money went was full of this needs doing and is unsafe left a jug under my boiler and now refuse to return unless he is given more cash which not only do I not have but been advised not to continue as he is not able to show why and how he can now add on more and more cost to a job he had already costed up for cash payment only .

Hi, In this industry, Unfortunately sometimes when doing alterations and piping through back of kitchen cupboards. it is a physical impossibility for me to know where pipes run without taking your kitchen out . We was restricted with bringing services through and connecting into the supplies. To cut a long story short the condensate park is buried in the wall and due to the low level of existing waste pipe it need altering. I don't get how You would expect me to come back free of charge to do additional work that would take me just as long if not longer than the sink fit. I Said I would do the labour free of Charge however she would have to pay cost of the bits . I did all of this to help her out. She then asked for a Breakdown of the quotation individually and to itemize all fittings and materials So that she could give it to another plumber for him to finish the job off!! Good luck
