Dyllan was first off the mark in contacting me with what I thought at the time was a very reasonable quote, considering the distance he would have to travel and without having been to see the job before quoting.
I explained to him that he was the first to respond and that I needeed to see what other people would quote, before making a decision, which he thoroughly understood.
After receiving a further quote which was more than twice as much, I 'phoned him back to accept his quote and he agreed he could come and do the work later the same day.
Unfortunately though both the new replacement lights I had purchased did not connect correctly to the existing wiring , but he quickly overcame the problem by fitting a new joint box and additional wiring to each light, very professionally which delayed him in getting to his next appointment on time. I was obviously so grateful and agreed to pay him extra to cover the materials and his time which he accepted, without resorting to any extortionate over charging like some people do, which was still a lot cheaper than the other quote I had received.
I would therefore highly reccommend him for his politeness and professionalism to anyone.
