Our services are all hands-on and carried out on-site, so we don’t offer online or remote services. Every job is different, and we believe in seeing the area in person to give the most accurate advice, pricing, and results.
That said, we’re happy to answer initial questions by phone and arrange a free site visit at a time that suits you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As most of our work takes place outdoors, we were able to continue operating safely throughout the pandemic. To protect our customers and team, we followed all government guidelines, including:
• Maintaining safe social distancing while on site
• Avoiding indoor access unless absolutely necessary
• Using face coverings when speaking with customers at close range
• Minimising contact by sending quotes and invoices digitally
• Regular hand sanitising and cleaning of tools and equipment
Customer safety has always been a priority — and we remain respectful of personal space and any ongoing preferences clients may have.
