Scott Hammond offers friendly, professional tuition at reasonable rates. He has gained a ​Graduate Diploma with Honours ​in Drum Kit & Jazz Studies ​at the City of Leeds College of Music and has over 30 years teaching experience including private lessons and at QEH school, Millfield school and Wells Cathedral School.
Scott also works as a freelance drummer. Having played​ internationally​ with UK rock band Jethro Tull for 14 years and many different bands across the country, he has gained experience in a wide range of music. Scott has also worked with top New York alto saxophonist Herb Geller and London’s finest jazz names: Dave O’Higgins, Bobby Wellins, Don Weller and Alan Barnes. He has also performed many times on TV and Radio both in the UK and internationally.
