Working with Susanna has been a transformative journey for both my mind and body. Her virtual classes are invigorating and amazing—each session feels like a carefully curated experience, blending mindfulness and physical challenge in perfect harmony. From the very first class, Susanna created an atmosphere of warmth and encouragement that made me feel as though she was with me, even through a screen. After each session I feel ready to take on the world - and I do!! Creative Wellness Days are probably my most productive days!

Susanna’s clear guidance and adaptable approach, understanding where I need additional encouragement/props/instruction have been instrumental in helping me progress at my own pace while still pushing my limits. I’ve discovered strength in myself I didn’t know I had (that’s a pretty big deal to me) both mentally and physically.

Susannas calming voice and gentle reminders to focus on breath and presence have helped me carry calm and resilience into my daily life.

What truly sets Susanna apart is her ability to make virtual sessions feel personal. She pays attention to individual needs, offering modifications and challenges in every pose. Whether I’m having a low-energy day or feeling ready to take on the world, her classes meet me exactly where I am.

It may sound daft - but I can’t even begin to describe the changes in my life that a still mind and a strong body are bringing. (Please understand that I am just shy of 60, have too many extra pounds that are determined to stay. I was stressed, unable to sleep, unable to fully enjoy life, the kids have all left home and are living their own lives and I was feeling completely done in and empty)

So, if you’re looking for a yoga teacher who inspires growth, radiates positivity, and guides you to find yourself again both physically and mentally, I cannot recommend Susanna enough!

I am still a work in progress - but everyday (first time in decades I had homework) I work on myself a little!

I listen to their needs. We agree a programme to suit their requirements. We meet consistently and regularly on a weekly or twice weekly basis. You will receive simple and manageable homework to practice inbetween sessions building a toolkit of skills for life. Susanna has a great energy and is brilliant at motivating with compassion and care.

There is no body of dreams. All bodies are to be loved and this is part of the challenge. But if you want to connect with your body in a positive way and without judgement and start the journey increased strength, mobility, flexibility, reduce anxiety and just feel great then this is for you!

I love the transformation I see in my clients inside and out. I often support women who have multiple pressures in life and to see how they benefit from my classes inside and out is worth its weight in gold! I am passionate about my work and believe that a kinder approach to wellbeing and fitness is what the world needs. A world where we are constantly ‘on’ yoga can truly help give you the skills to live your best life mentally and physically.

I was a university lecturer for 25 years. My dad died in lockdown and I hit perimenopause and burnout. I retrained as a yoga teacher striving to refind my joy and to practice the things that make me happy. I feel like I am doing important work to help other women integrate self care firmly into their lives. It makes me extremely happy.

I am really good at what I do! I am passionate and have a big heart. I can help women to improve their fitness levels and feel really good! Even if you have not tried yoga before it is worth contacting g me to see how it can transform your life. Yoga has become commodified in western culture and if you look on instagram or go to a studio it can not be a very inclusive or diverse space. I am a curvaceous middle aged yoga teacher who welcomes all ages and levels of experience. I break down preconceived ideas about yoga as a form of fitness and wellness and hold the space beautifully in the process

Yes I do both online classes and in person in a private studio in winchester. I only work with a few private clients at a time so that I can give you my full attention and care.

For my online work this is not applicable. For in person all equipment and spaces are kept clean and we ask in person to not attend if they feel unwell.

Services

Yoga is a brilliant way to improve strength, flexibility and mobility and improve sleep reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness. Susanna has been teaching for over 25 years and has a wonderful way of getting first class results with passion, compassion kindness and care. Working with women of all ages from 18-89 she delivers a programme that is right for you , whether chair yoga for elders or yin yoga to work the deep connective tissues and calm the nervous system to more dynamic vinyasa and hatha based practices for weight loss, strength and mobility. She has a holistic approach to her teaching and has a growing number of regular private 1-2-1 and group classes online and in person in her small winchester based private studio. Yoga transformed her quality of life, now she helps other women to do the same!
