I was sick of working for someone else and working for myself was the best decision i ever made in my line of work.

Yes this is not a problem setting up online meetings if required but face to face is always the best method of getting to know who you are hiring.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If the customers require a more safe approach if they are still in a delicate situation because of covid. We will be respectful of this and wear face masks, keep all areas clean and tidy. End of the day where we have been working will be wiped and sanitized.
