There was clear regular and honest communication. Conversations were friendly and Karen was very accommodating. When I asked for a taste test she was more than willing and met me at a convenient location with very reasonable portions and a variety of dishes to try. Overall a great service. 👍

This is my second time using Savanna's Catering and the food did not disappoint.

We opted to use Savanna catering and we are so happy we did.
Right from the beginning communication regarding what menus were on offer and the flexibility on what Savanna’s could provide depending on our personal choices were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of our event, savanna’s were on point. They arrived on time set up in a timely manner and had all of our guests eating in no time.
The food was delicious!!!! The quality was 100% everyone loved the food. As a people from a West Indian background we know West Indian food. Our guests asking which caterer we used, that’s how much the food was enjoyed.

All staff were professional, down to earth and kind . We couldn’t have asked for more. We will be using these guys again for any future events we have. You can not go wrong with Savanna’s More...

WOW!! I would just like to thank Karen and her excellent team at Savannas on providing an amazing food experience for our guests. Even though we only had a few weeks to prepare, Karen and her team went above and beyond to be extremely accommodating with our requests. The team at Savanna's are very professional, our questions were answered promptly and all our requests were met. This was my first time hiring a catering company and it was for engagement party for 60 people.

Since the beginning the communication was absolutely amazing. Very very helpful and always answering my questions. Amazing at recommending to make sure everyone was happy.

Food arrived at the hall and was set up by two lovely ladies. We also hired the chaffing dishes and the foot was hot all night!

Everyone literally had 3 plates of food and the compliments were coming from all angles!

The chicken... just the smell I was drooling 😂 SOO much flavour. Just melts in your mouth. We also got rice & peas, a yummy salad and an amazing mac and cheese which was gone in seconds!

I would absolutely get Savannas to cater for my party again!

I spoke with Savanna's several times for quoting and planning for our wedding catering. Ultimately, a family member offered to do the catering for us, however I really wanted to leave a review. I found Savanna's incredibly helpful, responsive, flexible and generally a joy to plan with. They gave me lots of ideas I hadn't thought of and were very mindful of helping us manage our budget. I engaged the services of Savanna's for a special family and friends celebration to mark my 40th Birthday.

Within a day of me logging my request for help with Bark, Karen from Savanna's had called me.

From the moment Karen got in touch, to the point of clearing up on the night, Savanna's provided a 100% service.

I have since told Karen that I was so nervous using Bark's service. I'm old skool, and I have never engaged a big service from an online intermediary, other than Amazon! And even Amazon haven't provided me a big service - just small purchases.

This was a big commitment to make.

I had tried 3 other taster meals prior to Savanna's. Karen turned up at my door with a FREE tasting menu, enough to feed 4 and tasting delicious.

I agreed a booking and then reflected on what I was going to do about my bar service. Karen was on hand immediately. Savanna's provided EXPERIENCED bar staff, who made sure I had a drink in my hand all night.

Feedback: Dad: Two days after the event "please tell Karen that I thought her food was excellent. Excellent."

Sister: A day after the event "please tell Karen thanks from all of us. The food was excellent".

Family friend two days after the event "The food was excellent. We went to a Christening last week and the rice and peas was so dry. This food - you could taste the coconut."

Work colleagues: "The food was delicious." "Mine is perfect. This is perfect for me."

I could go on... but you get the idea.

I will just say that your guests will not go hungry.

Communication and organisation:

Top top... Karen is the real deal. So professional. I told the venue that Karen had contacted me whilst abroad, before my party. They told me they'd never heard of that. This was going to be an excellent service.

I wish Karen and the girls at Savanna's all the very best with their catering service. I'm a bit of a worrier and a fuss pot and they reassured me the whole way through the process. We changed the menu on my request, even adapted recipes.

Thank you so much for making my celebration the perfect night that it was. I will be booking again, and you should probably keep an eye on your inbox for more bookings from family and friends!!! Xx More...

Savannas service was amazing, great value for money, we had 9 dishes for our buffet. They made my life so easy, fune tuning the menu offering a wide choice. Our guests loved the food. It was my mums 80th birthday, and she loved the curried prawns. The mutton melted in your mouth, the jerk & fried chicken was so moist.Also Karen went the extra mile. We brought our own dessert and I asked them to cut them into portions, which they did. We provided our own chafer dishes and washed the all up. They stayed over their time. The food was absolutely amazing, tender succulent and juicy. And may I just say seasoned to perfection
