What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of leadership experience, I saw how many professionals and businesses struggled to get real, practical support that actually moved them forward.
Too many people sit in uncertainty, waiting for the “right time” to act. I created Savage Performance Consulting to change that. Now, I help people make smarter decisions, accelerate their progress, and perform at their best.

All my services can be delivered remotely, ensuring safety without compromising impact. For any in-person engagements, I follow current guidelines to keep meetings safe and effective.
But ultimately, my focus is on making coaching and strategic support accessible anytime, anywhere—so my clients can get the help they need, without disruption.
