How long have you been in business?
Sanctuary Life Care Limited has been created since October 2018, and has been in active business post the COVID-19 periof since April 2021.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No for cleaning services- it is best for customers to provide.
Yes, for Care and Support services to service users. We provide things like the PPE for staff to work with inder the safeguards of Health and Safety at Work regulations, as well as Infection Control and Prevention measures.
What do you love most about your job?
Our passions and joys are reflected in pur clients being satisfied and happy to carry on with their daily activities. Sanctuary Life Care actively encourages community integration, peaceful habitations and orderliness. We yearly organise Summer and Autumn Community fayres in the Coventry regions- inviting the clients and their families, as well as local people to relax and enjoy the day- music, food and drinks, Talks to teach young people against Drug misuses, against violence and also Talks to encourage Healthy Eating and Living among the adults and individuals in communities in the Midlands and UK Society at large.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to impact care and support services delivery that bears the servuce users at the heart of her work and in line woth person-centred care principles. Bringing joy and satisfaction to the service user, their friends and family, knowing that they are in safe hands drives me to do more- updating staff training and being well-led in line with CQC expectations and standards.

We can connect to provide our services by online and remote connections. The actual services are practical care for the servuce users and practical cleaning servuces when enaged to do so. Thank you
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the COVID-19 Pandemic none of the staff tested positive and none of our servuce users tested positive either. We do our bests to follow the principles of risk assessments prior to any tasks being carried out, ensuring staff and clients are wearing the appropriate personal protection equipment, practice hand washing, cleaning and disposal of soiled units as well as using standard Colour Codes for disposal of wastes- domestic, clinical and compost wastes.
Home and Domiciliary Care
The Sanctuary Life Care Limited has well trained care and support workers, who posses skills and knowledge of Care Certification and Adult Social Care ASC, Level 2 as minimum in their training; with specialised skills training in supporting individuals with Physical disability, mental health challenges, Dementia, and or with associated health problems like Diabetes, Arthritis, Alzheimer’s Dementia and in need of medication administration to support their health and general wellbeing.
All staff and care workers go through a rigorous employment process with enhanced DBS checks, with Rights to work in the UK. All the care workers, undertake Company Induction and Training modular curricula to confidently carry out their tasks protecting the rights of the service users and safeguarding them against any form of abuse, neglect or harm.
Staff and Care Workers take up Refresher Courses after 18months of initial training to help ensure that new and current updates in Care works are learned and relearned to ensure excellence quality of care service provision.
Cleaning Jobs and Tasks
Sanctuary Life Care workers are well trained to clean and tidy up in and around all areas of work. They also carry out professional cleaning to bring out thorough and wholesome enjoyment of a home or office space.
With the advent of COVID-19 Pandemic, the need to maintain cleanliness to achieve infection control measures brings the job of the cleaners to the foremost priority.
The Care and Support workers integrate cleaning as part of services offered to Service Users. The staff also professionally work to clean offices and homes to the satisfaction of the customers.
We also offer shopping for customers, maintaining all financial accountability to them.
