We undertook some big changes to our kitchen/diner in advance of a Wrenovation. We had a wall come down, one put up and needed an RSJ. I reviewed a few quotes but opted to go with Sampla as they were able to talk me through the process in depth. There are always more complexities beyond the cosmetic outputs. You need to deal with planning offices, waste management, electricians and plasterers. Sunil was onsite everyday to ensure that all teams worked well together. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
As long as they have drawings or keep up with building regulations

Depending on the spec ( type ) which the customer is looking for. I.e insulation is one of the key factors. Alot of wood work / plastering / eletrical works. We can keep this very easy with straight forward details
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
By looking at the rafters and of there is enough head height
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Firstly we will structual Engineer drawings including building regulations spec and from there we can create an idea or a work platform which works will be carried out in the correct order. I.e RSJ where do they need to be installed ? Where the stairs will be going.
