I don't write many reviews, even if the service in question is very good, however in this particular case the service was outstanding! Georgina Thew was my mortgage advisor. Our journey started almost a year ago when I was looking for a home to purchase. She answered all questions and never once made me feel like I was pestering her (even though my questions were at times quite excessive). Fast forward to today and I have now finally found a home and just when I thought Georgina couldn't do any better this is where she really stood out. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal, did all the heavy lifting and - as before - answered all my questions promptly. Simply outstanding service! To put it another way. If I owned a competing mortgage broker company I would be doing my utmost to hire her. To management: Georgina is a keeper. She was the face of your company and when it came to increasing your reputation she absolutely nailed it! Give her that pay rise and give her a day's holiday. Pretty please.
