Working with individuals and providing high quality our care and support services to ensure the live life like normal citizens, promoting their independence and ensuring they keep connected with their communities and families is what we love most about our jobs. We are able to tailor the support and care packages to each individual's needs in a person centered way

The health and social care system came under an unprecedented emergency during the Covid 19 with many health and social care facilities being out of bed as many people were taken ill. Thousands of hospitals were filled with many who could have been cared for elsewhere. Saints Aims care and support was formed to contribute to solving the immediate needs supporting the NHS, reforming adult social care and creating a new integrated way of working and collaboration between health and social care focussed on improving outcomes for our clients which includes supporting them to live as independently as possible in a person centred environment whilst respecting their culture, choices and dignity

Services

Provision of pension centered care plans working closely with the commission council and other health professionals to tailor client care plans to suite individual needs

Our expertly trained medication staff work with Pharmacists, GPs and family to administer Right Medication and provide Medication care and support to service users that require it

We support our Service Users with hospital, pharmacy's and GP appointments, blood and urine sample tests ensuring records are up to date

From hourly care to overnight care and live-in Care, we offer flexible budget friendly plans to suit the needs of our service users

Our staff are trained in memory care and activities to detect, support early care for client with dementia needs

Our staff are trained to care like family. We provide companionship and will accompany clients to daily walk, shopping and other recreational activities as directed by client and family. We also provide international companionship travel support to our services users as required

Providing personal care for clients who requests this and also supervision with personal care for those who have the capacity as required

Our fully trained complex needs trained staff are always available to provide 1:1, 2:1 care and even more as the client needs require. We also provide assistance in managing challenging behaviour and complex needs for our Mental Health Needs Clients.
