The wall was built in very quick time and the even when our design changed slightly to incorporate a cupboard it was no problem at for RW to complete,Plastering was first class and the house was always left tidy after everyday

Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
The first process of your loft conversion will be having a structural survey made by our structural engineer who will provide us with calculations and drawings on how to safely install your roof. Once confirmed with building control, scaffolding with a tin hat/weather proof covering will be erected and the work may begin. Your roof will be de-constructed, the attic roof floor will be strengthened with new joists and steel. Once your flooring is complete, it provides us with a safe space to re-build your roof with new rafters and maybe a steel ridge beam. The dormer shall be created and any velux windows on the pitch side can be installed as well as tiles, the flat roof detail and leadwork. Once everything is water tight and the required finish on the dormer, internal works will be begin.

Extensions
We specialise in timber frame extensions, with our joinery background we can provide truely amazing spaces for your home. We provide block/brickwork extensions too. Though as the British standards have changed in order to achieve the highest U-values, it means cavities will need to be a lot larger to accommodate thicker insulation. Timber frame extensions are the easiest and eco friendliest way to achieve this.
Loft Conversions
We believe loft conversions are the best way to add space and value to your home. With 30 years of experience in building, carpentry and joinery, we will be able to provide you with a truely beautiful space in a place you might just be storing boxes and the Christmas tree!
Garden rooms
Much like extensions, we specialise in timber framed garden rooms. We create fully insulated, fully functional spaces in your garden separated from your house to suit your needs.
