Run coaching in South West London and online. I take a very holistic approach to coaching - including (but not limited to) weekly running training towards events / goals, strength and conditioning, mindset and accountability. I work with both male and female athletes, whilst having a specialist interest in helping peri/post menopausal women overcome the barriers they face to exercise and running, enabling them to stay healthy and active in their later years and continue to achieve their goals in both fitness and in life.

Personal Trainers
After running two marathons within a space of 6 months and what I would call crash training programs and not enough strength work, I was left with lingering injuries, which affected my ability to run consistently.
Due to this, I had been looking for a running coach and personal trainer for a while, and it was refreshing to get connected with Jules. She understood exactly where I was coming from and what I needed and worked with me at my pace to get started.
Since following the plans provided, I am learning so much about running techniques and amazed that I am feeling less achy every morning. We did a baseline fitness and strength test to understand our strong and weak points at the start of the program and to help determine where to start the exercises and runs.
The program is tailored to your schedule and what you can fit in and your goals, and the daily updates and weekly checkins are just what I needed to keep me accountable.
We're a couple of months in and I'm really enjoying my progress and knowing what to do on a daily basis! I'm looking to signing up for another long race and training with her support.
