How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Majorities of houses within London have the appropriate spacial boundaries to convert the loft into a habitable single room. Perhaps with an ensuite, again depending on the given dimensions.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Most loft conversions require planning permission to be granted before any construction work can commence. Depending on your current borough, we have to analyse the loft conversion guide lines set out by your council. Once we understand the planning office limitation and rules. We carry out a feasibility studies to ensure the clients intentions are adequate within the given loft premise. This is followed by submitting the agreed drawings for planning permission, once the drawing has been granted. Construction phase can commence.

The design process starts with an introductory conversation to get know you and your premise.
Concept Design:
After the initial design consultation, you will be presented with a proposed package.
Design Development:
During this phase we will develop your proposed package to completion.
Final Phase:
Once your final vision has been met, construction can begin.
