What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being able to visit my clients and spend meaningful time with them. I really enjoy sitting down for a chat and listening to their life stories every person has a unique journey, and I find so much inspiration in what they share. These moments of connection bring so much value, not just to them, but to me as well. It’s a real privilege to be part of their lives, even in a small way, and to learn from their experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a deep passion for caring for others, especially those who may feel lonely or vulnerable. The real turning point for me was seeing how carers supported my mum while they did their best, time was always limited, and the care often felt rushed. That experience made me realise there had to be a better way one where people are truly seen, heard, and cared for with kindness and patience. That’s what inspired me to start my own business: to offer genuine, person-centred care that treats every individual with the respect and compassion they deserve.

While most of our services are provided in person, we understand that there are times when remote support can be just as important whether it's a friendly chat to lift someone’s spirits, a wellbeing check-in, or helping to coordinate appointments and reminders. Staying connected truly matters, especially for those who may feel isolated, and we’re flexible in finding the best way to support each individual’s needs. Our goal is to ensure continuity of care, even from a distance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We begin with a friendly consultation to understand the client’s needs, routine, and preferences. A personalised care plan is then created and approved, with adjustments made if needed. Each client is carefully matched with a carer who aligns with their personality, cultural background, language, and even shared interests.
We maintain open communication with both the client and their family to ensure everything runs smoothly. Ongoing support includes regular check-ins, care plan reviews, and flexibility to change carers if needed all to ensure the care remains truly personalised and of the highest quality.
