I found these chaps on google I had a leek coming through my loft I tang explained what was going on and without even seeing the roof they knew with great detail what was wrong they came out done an expectation on my roof and yes has they explained on the phone was confirmed I needed a new roof they gave me a very good quote in writing I agreed they estimated a time frame and again was on time.
