I work with a wide range of clients from small businesses to charities and CIC’s and help them tell their stories with authenticity and impact. My services focus on strategic communication, social media management, media liaison, and crisis communication. This could be anything from designing a strong social media strategy, providing media training, writing press releases and helping them to understand what they should do in a crisis. I understand what journalists are looking for, and sometimes that isn’t the story my clients want to tell, so I work with them to keep both sides happy.
With my background in journalism and media relations, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I understand the power of storytelling and the importance of staying true to a brand’s voice. Many PR professionals have only ever worked in press offices so don’t understand the complexities of what goes on in a newsroom but I do. This gives me a different selling point and ways to get my clients connecting with their audience.
My approach is to work authentically with my clients and to be completely transparent about why I do the things I do – this ensures that every campaign we run is not only successful but also ethical. I prioritise long term relationships with clients, understanding that communication is an ongoing process rather than a one-off task.

All services are provided online and remotely. I require regular meetings to work together on the ongoing strategy but these are all done via Zoom or Teams depending on your preference. This flexibility allows us to work better together at times and in places that are suitable for both of us.
