Everything is well communicated and my service tech/roofer was great. I was having an ice damming issue on my gutters, and the roofer cleared it out with problem and told me of a few ways to help prevent this issue with immediate solution as well as long term fixes. They (the roofer and customer service) were kind and attentive to my issue and were able to get the whole issue resolved within a day! Called then in to look at leak around main chimney. Estimate given and accepted. Liam said very busy but asked if he could ring up on a day that time allowed , which was not a problem to me.
