What I love most about my security job is the sense of responsibility and purpose it gives me. Knowing that I am helping to keep people, property, and events safe is highly rewarding. I enjoy the variety of tasks, from patrolling and monitoring CCTV to handling access control and responding to incidents. The job keeps me alert, disciplined, and always learning, as every shift presents new challenges. I appreciate the interaction with people, whether it’s assisting visitors, working with a team, or handling situations professionally. The ability to stay active while making a real difference is what I value most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the flexibility, independence, and opportunity for growth. After gaining years of experience, I wanted the freedom to set my own standards, provide high-quality service, and build something of my own. Being my own boss allows me to make decisions, take on new challenges, and create opportunities for myself and others. The ability to grow both professionally and financially while delivering excellent service is what truly motivated me.
