Extremely disappointing experience. As a small business owner opening my first shop, I relied on this firm to guide me through the lease process and protect my interests. Unfortunately, they missed key issues in the lease — including a major rent review clause that allows for backdated increases and interest, which was never explained to me.I had to do a significant amount of the lease review myself, and was still pushed to sign documents under time pressure, including a side letter for key collection. I was even called “difficult” simply for asking questions and expecting thorough work. This was meant to be a supportive professional relationship instead, it caused unnecessary stress and left me exposed.I will not be using this firm again and would not recommend them to others, especially those running small businesses or opening premises for the first time. I hate being this person to leave negative reviews but I've been left with no other choice as my complaint email has gone completely unanswered. At first I felt reassured by the knowledge Sonia had regarding my issue with my visa and the ins and outs of the home office, however my case was then handed over to someone who didn't seem to carry the same amount of knowledge and whose professionalism was lacking. I was very anxious about my case and felt that things weren't explained to me very well to make conscious decisions in the next steps. I understand that its a busy industry and I was probably a smaller client in the grand scheme of things however felt that as a paying client, I shouldn't have to chase as hard as I did to speak to the person handling my case. Being told, sorry I was going to call you back but got busy and forgot is inexcusable - multiple times. Rock solicitors Dapo I dealt with dapo few times in the past two years , he work’s professionally. Other solicitors refused my case because i was running out of time while dapo stepped in and accepted the challenge . We got it . Dapo answers his phone , kept me updated by emails and whats app messages . Try dapo when you have a difficult case because he is a-little bit more expensive than other but he deserves it .
