Would strongly recommend Roman for any heat pump work you need. My pump was installed by someone else and was not working well, Roman in half a day gave it a complete overhaul and service and it now heats the house incredibly well and costs next to nothing to wrong, Roman has made a huge difference to my experience, he is incredibly intelligent and really knows how to get the most out of any system.
