Counselling

No words can truly capture the depth of Rishi’s work. Throughout my life, I struggled to trust anyone and frequently changed therapists due to past trauma. However, my experience with Rishi was different. I spent two years in therapy with him—by far the best investment of my time and money. Thanks to his support, I have overcome anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.

Rishi is not only passionate about his work but also highly professional and empathetic—qualities that are crucial in counseling. I am forever grateful to him, as my life now holds special meaning, filled with joy and meaningful relationships. I will always recommend him to anyone struggling with self-doubt and the challenge of being themselves.

Addiction Therapy

Rish was always friendly and minded to discuss interpretations of what I was saying so that we could arrive at a better understanding. I always had my ideas clear when I came out of the session, and it was a secure place to share things I wouldn't elsewhere, without fearing judgment More...

Q&As

I had always wanted to become a counsellor even when I was a lot younger. It was only after working in a variety of different areas and not feeling satisfied, did I realize and remember what I my ambition truly was.

Having a lot more life experience, I applied for my diploma and consequently trained with drug & alcohol services and my local carers center, both which I continued to work for after I qualified. I also worked as a therapist for Enfield LGBT. After a few years working for local community services, I established my own private practice in Enfield Town, Kentish Town and Islington.

I provide an online service via Zoom which is more convenient for some clients. I can deliver therapy in the same way I would as if you were attending the session in-person.

I follow guidelines (hygiene requirements, PPE, risk assessment) in relation to COVID-19 when seeing clients in person.

Services

I work with finding direction in life, relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, loss of motivation, addiction, past emotional trauma as well as a range of other issues relating to emotional health and wellbeing.
