We had a major crack on our back patio and a low spot in our entryway that collected water that the Right Choice surfacing ltd addressed for us. Overall, the owner of the company was nice to work with and he was accomodating with my re-scheduling, however, I'm disappointed by the size of the driveway and the amount of work I'm going to have to put into disposing of remaining concrete and in filling in gaps left by the frame. In regards to size, my driveway area is smaller now than it was before. I told him that I wanted to keep the length, but the length was cut short. On the receipt, he wrote down the measurements, but I suppose it would have been better if the length and width were actually marked by stakes or spray paint. I asked before about the coloring of the concrete because I wanted it to match my walkway. It does not. All he said was that he would power wash my walkway. He did not. So now I have a white driveway and a gray walking path. He was 'nice' enough to move excess dirt into my backyard, but now I have to move that excess dirt to the front to fill in substantial gaps. Then again, i can use some of the dirt that they left piled in my yard behind my shrubs. Even if filling in the gap wasn't part of the service, i should have been made aware before the fact. More...

Will and his team were great when it came to creative collaboration as to what we wanted in the garden. Will listened carefully to each idea and talked around what was possible - which was almost everything. His labouring team worked tirelessly to move materials and create space in the garden for it to come to life. We chose paving which was laid beautifully, adorned by our dogs law prints in the cement! (A little personal touch). The garden has been transformed and Will and his team have created various magical areas within the garden. The work is way below standard. A man named Will came with his men and ruined my garden. He created large holes under my fence into my neighbour's garden, the brick paving was not sealed and some of them are not aligned. It was a complete mess and a waste of money. Very cheap materials were used and my garden is looking terrible. I now have had to find a qualified landscaper to remedy what Will and his team ruined. Please be aware, so you don't get tricked. We alway provide a good quality service making sure our customers are always happy. The materials used where the ones requested by the customer which plaspave these are a good quality brand. The fence we did not do as the property is a new build. We did what we said we where going to do we can’t do extra work that wasn’t in the contract. We even removed extra waste for free. Look at our others reviews that’s the way we work as i have said before anything you not happy with im happy to sort it in anyway i can but i cannot repair fence that has nothing to do with me for free and install a new astro turf lawn for free when you askfor slate not astro turf and sealing is a extra job
