Mark and his team were excellent with us over a couple of weeks, which included a job that come up unexpectedly. Part of the second job included an experiment of painting tiles, which we accepted may not work. However Mark after a couple of attempts agreed with me that he would try one more time with tougher paint. Unfortunately despite trying to get hold of him, he has not responded even to say he couldn't go any further with it, which would have been acceptable to us. Because Mark hasn't responded to date, it does put in doubt our 15 year guarantees on the major jobs he did? Although perfectly pleasant gentlemen, I still felt hassled for more services in the garden and I don't think they listened to me and my hiusband properly. They hurried through their job and when I checked- a few things had not been done properly.
