What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference each day. Our team are so passionate about Care, and doing it the right way, you'll see the difference with us.
Each member of the team is trained to Care Certificate level, with Background checks and further e-learning to enhance knowledge as required. Much of our team have a Level 3-5 in Health & Social Care, so you know you are in safe hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As owners we always wanted to do a Job where we made a difference everyday. Right at Home's values and ethos drew us in, and we have never looked back. Right at Home has over 500 branches worldwide.
Why should our clients choose you?
We put the client at the heart of everything we do. With 1 hour visit times, CareGivers get the time to do their job well. We are always at the end of the phone if there are any changes.

Our services are provided in the comfort of our clients own Homes, however we do have an office in Southampton (Bassett) and Fareham ( Central), where clients and CareGivers can pop in any time. We pride ourselves on our Open Door policy and we are an inclusive and diverse place to work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide full PPE including Aprons and Gloves and follow strict guidance to ensure our clients are kept safe.

Medication Support
Administrating and prompting Medications
Hospital to Home
Providing short and long term support to clients coming home from hospital. Hoist care and personal care is included.
Dementia Support
Tailored Dementia support, or combined with out Dementia Support Programme to enhance the quality of life of those we support.
Physical Assistance
All CareGivers are trained in Moving and Handling and use of hoist. If there is more complex equipment we are prepared to train our staff for your needs.
Dementia Support Programme - Cognitive Rehabilitation
Our Dementia Support Programme can be a next step after diagnosis. Taking into consideration the person, we work with them to help them to continue to do the tasks they love. Giving them their confidence back and supporting to retain their cognitive ability for as long as possible.
