What do you love most about your job?
As and owner of Right at Home Reigate and Crawley, I find immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of elderly. Providing compassionate care, fostering companionship, and ensuring their well-being brings me a great sense of purpose.
In addition to managing the business, I contribute as a Physiotherapist to support the community. I lead a Free group exercise class for the elderly, the purpose of the exercise class is to help participants improve their strength and balance to mitigate the risk of a fall.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey with a vision rooted in compassion and a profound desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. My decision to start my own business was driven by a genuine commitment to providing exceptional in-home care services to the elderly and those in need. As a community Physiotherapist in the NHS, I witnessed the challenges and gaps in the care industry, and I am determined to create a solution that offers personalised, high-quality care to enable independence for older adults to live well at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Right at Home Reigate and Crawley implemented stringent COVID-19 safety measures to protect clients. They conducted regular testing for caregivers, provided enhanced personal protective equipment, enforced strict hygiene protocols, limited in-person visits, and adopted digital processes to minimise exposure.

Assistance and support to maintain personal hygiene and wellbeing. Our care givers are trained to support in a discreet and dignified manner. Typically, our care givers will support with showering, bath, incontinence management and grooming support

Supervision, and support of discharge arrangements, ensuring all the services are in place, reducing the risk of admission. Emotional support during the period of recuperation.

Support for people to live well with dementia, ensuring a safe home environment, engaging in socially stimulating activities, making sure that each day is a positive experience.
