What inspired you to start your own business?
My own Father sadly passed and as a family we were never provided with any care at home options. I decided then to make sure families know what the options are and to support them and their loved to remain at home if that is their wish.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a family run care company, set up by wife and husband team Natalie-Jane & Nathan East. Our team is passionate about providing the best possible care to people in their own homes. We provide industry leading training to our CareGivers and ensure that their personalities are well suited to those of our Clients. We aim to match our CareGivers to our Clients and put together "one page profiles" to enable us to do this. We feel very privileged to have helping clients stay at home when that has been their wish. Whilst doing so, they have been provided the best care in the industry. The personal choices of our Clients are at the forefront of the care we provide, and our care is "outcome focussed" and "person centric" meaning that we support Clients to achieve what they want - whether that be the ability to walk unaided to the bottom of the garden or go dancing and swimming.
