What do you love most about your job?
Being a registered nurse for over 17 years and our registered manager for over 30 years we are dedicated and passionate about helping the elderly and most needy in the community from the comfort of their home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are an experienced nurses who have extensive experiences in health and social care and are very eager to keep our aging society with dignity and respect at home for longer.
Why should our clients choose you?
We understand what excellent care is and therefore we set our care hours to a minimum of one hour so that we don't rush care and build a good relationship with our clients. Through our tailored care plan for individual clients, we capture as much information to reach individuals set outcomes. We introduce our caregivers and match clients via caregivers with similar hobbies and interests. Moreover, our caregivers are trained at the highest quality and receive ongoing support from senior registered nurses regularly.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Managing Director is a specialist in Infection Prevention and Control that received an excellence award for supporting staff and clients during Covid-19 at one of the most prestigious hospitals in London. She ensures that new guidance is followed and feedbacks it to all her staff. She ensures all traning including hand hygine and face to face is maintained and hand hygine and the use of appropriate PPE is audited and feedback is given to all staff in our monthly meeting. Staff are reminded of Infection control through a poll questionnaire every week so that we measure levels of understanding.
