Henry came out really quickly and checked my loft but no nest there so the wasps were in the eaves and he sprayed several times and now waiting for 2 hrs so the workmen can carry on replacing my windows. I highly recommend this company. Henry rang me as soon as I submitted my request for a quote and arranged to come the following day. We both felt that it would be really sad to kill the bees and they had already started making quite an impressive nest. Henry decided we could save them which would be more work and tricky but the right thing to do, and, with the aid of a few old bedsheets and elastic, secured them in the tea chest in which were nesting and took them in his van to free in open countryside. I was so thrilled that they didn’t have to be destroyed. Henry even rang later to let me know they had been set free 😃 He could have just quickly killed them and been off but was here for quite sometime assessing what could be done. Top quality company very friendly and helpful. Called Henry very late on Sunday evening and he came out to see us first thing Monday morning on time as agreed.
