I had the idea to celebrate my husband's birthday with a special video, and I was lucky to meet Richard who has been extremely patient with me. Richard is very kind and he has had the best availability to answer all my questions from day one. He also kept in constant contact with me and always provided all the pertinent information to guide me through this process. Richard is extremely efficient and once I sent all the material to him, he got to work and it didn't take him more than a day to finish the video.
