Caring for vulnerable people and bringing bsck some meaning and quality to their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the health industry for over 26 years and having the knowledge inspired me to start my own business. I love chatting to patients and family and seeing the difference every intervention makes to their lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest, trustworthy, respectful and have good listening skills. My background in Mental Health has given me the edge to move one step ahead by having empathy and compassion. I can be depended on to achieve favourable holistic outcomes for my clients and families.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mandatory training for all staff in Infection control, first sid and food hygiene.
Training on PPEs and policies on infection control.
Personal Care
Provision of personal care including toileting, grooming, washing of hair. Support with medication.Preparing and assisting with fluids and food. Light household chores, support with shopping, paying bills etc. support with soical includion snd general companionship.
Person - Centred Care
All activities will be care planned in collaboration with the client and/or family. All care needs/ interventions will be tailored to specifically meet the needs of the client.
Safeguarding
All care needs will be assessed, risk assessed and planned to ensure client received safe and effective care. All concerns will be raised with the appropriate regulatory body and addressed promptly.
Recording
All care needs will be recorded accurately and contemporaneously to ensure up to date information is assessed and reviewed as required.
