Amazing 7th Birthday party at Retroids today - extremely helpful and friendly staff. The slushie package was a great add on. Both children and parents alike had a great time! Highly recommend. More...

A great arcade bar with a good selection retro consoles (free to play), arcade games and pinball machines all at £1 a go.Drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcohol) available .My only issue was that the music being played was too loud for an autistic member of our group. However, a good place to visit in worcester to pass some time away and immerse yourself in some retro nostalgia. Great experience, there's a good selection of games and consoles to play. I would like to see the price come down though for the machines as £1 for a short amount of credit feels steep, but appreciate the machines need maintenance as well.

Absolutely loved my visit to Retroids Arcade Bar in Worcester! This place is a dream come true for any retro gaming fan. The selection of arcade machines is fantastic, with classics like Mario Kart head-to-head, Daytona USA, Frogger, and so many more—you’ll never run out of games to try. The pinball lineup is genuinely impressive, featuring themed machines like Stranger Things, Jaws, Foo Fighters and Godzilla. Each one is in great condition and offers a real blast from the past. One of my favourite features is the Dancing Stage machine, which is always a hit, and the free retro console games available to play—perfect for reliving those childhood memories or introducing friends to old-school gaming. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and packed with nostalgia, making it a great spot for both casual visits and parties. The bar itself is top-notch, with a brilliant selection of beers on tap, including Rattler Cyder and rotating craft options that keep things interesting for every visit. The staff are passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the experience. If you’re looking for a unique night out in Worcester, whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just want a fun place to relax with friends and a pint, Retroids Arcade Bar is a must-visit. Highly recommended! More...

It was nice to see so many modern pinball machines, BUT disappointing to discover that some of them were poorly set up. The first two machines I tried (Venom and Star Wars) were both sloping to the right, spoiling the experience. It isn't rocket science to regularly check the machines with a spirit level! More...

Updating my review as it's VERY outdated...!Retroids have moved to a new (quirky! 😁) premises within the last year or so which is a lot bigger, more suited for purpose and much better ventilated! Their arcade collection has grown and grown, now featuring console games too. Decent craft beer is available on draught, Brewdog included, and cashback is available at the bar, with a cool loyalty scheme for free beverages! Staff are attentive, friendly and chatty. There have been SOME issues with the games at times (glitching, input not registering, not taking coins etc.) but staff have always been quick to sort when we've told them. There's lots of fun to be had here - Regularly visit now with friends and it's a great way to kill some time. Retroids is a very welcome venue in Worcester! More...

Such a gem in the city centre! Visited here after the cricket had been rained off in Colwall (Cricket Week 2024!) and I’m so glad I made the drive. The service and welcome was hospitable and efficient. I appreciated the range of modern Stern machines being a competitive pinball player. They were all pristine and played well.I loved the vast array of arcade machines, as well as the retro offerings in the window and towards the back of the place.I can’t recommend this place enough and if only I lived closer, I’d probably be a regular! I’ve let my East Anglian pinball league know about this place too, should anyone want to visit. More...

Yeah okay £1 a go on each machine is pricey but for the cost of absolute nostalgia it's the, hands down best place ever. I thoroughly loved it and could spend all my wages in there. Absolutely amazing. Loved it. Staff super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Also... They have point blank, so scores a 5* for that alone 🤣 More...

Walked past this bar on the way back from a nearby restaurant and just had to pop in as my wife and I loved these retro games and were raised with them. The nostalgia was great. Lots of pinball machines. Every game was £1 a go.Great range of funky drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you love retro games, pinball and arcade machines, pop in and you won't regret it. More...
