I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the abysmal service I received at re tailoring. My recent visit left me utterly appalled by the sheer lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by the staff.
Upon entering, I requested to have my measurements taken—a task that, under normal circumstances, would require no more than two minutes. Astonishingly, this simple request was flatly refused. The refusal was not only inexplicable but also incredibly frustrating. Such dismissive and unaccommodating behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the establishment's disregard for its customers.
Given this dreadful experience, it is clear that achieving any satisfactory outcome at retailoring is a futile endeavor. The blatant lack of customer service and unwillingness to perform even the most basic tasks render this place entirely unworthy of patronage.
I strongly advise anyone considering this tailor to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment.
