House Cleaning
I recently hired Ranata for a basic 2-hour cleaning session in my apartment. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
Initially, she failed to show up at the arranged time, only informing me of her inability to come 30 minutes after the scheduled start. Her communication was minimal, with a brief text stating, 'I can’t come today.' We rescheduled for the next day, and while she did arrive on time, the quality of her work was extremely disappointing.
After only 1 hour and 10 minutes, Ranata claimed she had finished, despite having nearly 50 minutes left. The cleaning was poorly done; the floor was still stained and littered with dirt and hair, and the carpet in the hall remained dirty. When I pointed this out and requested further cleaning, she became aggressive. She made unwarranted comments about the cleanliness of my socks and vacuum cleaner, refused to acknowledge the unclean state of the apartment, and even pushed the mop towards me, insisting I clean it myself if I saw any dirt.
Her demeanor was intimidating, and she demanded payment. Feeling threatened, I paid her, after which she hastily left, despite my objections about the unsatisfactory job. This experience was not only unprofessional but also unsettling. I cannot recommend Ranata's services based on her unreliable attendance, poor cleaning standards, and aggressive behavior.
