What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We at Remarkable Care understand the worry surrounding Covid-19 and the effect it has on everyone. We want to assure you that every possible action is taken to ensure the safety of everyone we support. In addition to our Covid-19 policy we have specific ways of working in place for all of our carers and additional training has been provided. These measures have been put in place to protect both our customers and carers and ultimately to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care during these unprecedented times.
We are also encouraging all of our carers and staff to take regular LFT and PCR tests. All staff will ensure that Full PPE is worn during every call and the use of Donning and Doffing is followed correctly.
