Spoke to Joanne the owner who gave the quote and called to discuss the job all great experience. The guy who came to see the flat to look at what need done Caesar was great and knew what was expected ran through the process, professionally and explained what they would do and all areas to be cleaned .
Came to my new flat to pickup the keys on the day and contacted me once finished for me to come and see the finished work which I was very happy with. My only minor gripe would be the fact i was not made aware (maybe naively on my part) that the quote did not include vat and was only intimated to me the day before the work was due to start. This still wouldn't detract from my five stars but they just lost their luster a bit.
Still a very good job compared to the last company I used.

Joanne and her team was exactly what was needed to bring our little church back to its former blue and white glory and ready for re-opening for the first time since Lockdown. I was an extremely stressed Rector's Warden by the time they arrived on Thursday lunchtime.
