Refreshing Care has truly been a life saver and hope. After being hospitalised due to a hemorrhage, my daughter was unable to give that full time support when I came back home because she had to take care of my grandchildren. Refreshing Care stepped in to support me with personal care, my medication, cleaning my flat and helping me move around the house. My carer was so lovely and always went beyond what I required. What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is client satisfaction. The fulfilment we get in knowing that we've contributed to the health & well-being of our service users is incomparable. Having gone through the challenge of looking after my own mother when she was un-well, Refreshing Care are so relatable and we have that personal tough which is born out of experience and cannot be conjured up. We simply love to serve our clients and put a smile on their faces as well as their families.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always has a passion for business and had the opportunity to do a few businesses, however this business was born out of a personal experience as mentioned before. This experience awaken a sense of responsibility beyond just having a business; a responsibility to serve the so often forgotten vulnerable individuals, particularly the elderly. Our primary focus as a company is not profits but rather to leave an indelible impression in all individuals entrusted to us as a company.

LIVE-IN CARE
Our live-in care package offers a combination of all our services in one because you will have a trusted care giver as a companion round the clock to meet your total care needs, and also provide you with support in your home. These include but not limited to:
- Help with Personal Care
- Support you with taking medication
- Companionship and emotional support
- Run day to day errands
- Take you on days’ out and/or appointments
- Preparing and cooking your meals

Overnight Care
Our Overnight Care involves providing assistance and support to you in your own home during the night time hours. At Refreshing Care, Overnight Care is offered in 2 different ways; Overnight sleeping Care or Overnight waking Care. Overnight sleeping care is when a carer will sleep in your home overnight but will be available to assist as needed during the night.
Overnight waking Care is for beneficial if you require regular support throughout the night. Our Care givers will remain awake throughout the night to monitor you closely and provide support at any moment in time
Specialised Care
We understand that some care needs may be more complex and require special attention. As a result, we offer Home From Hospital, Dementia Care, Respite Care, Diabetes Care, Palliative Care and more.
